Belle de Boskoop

A classic Dutch apple from the 1850s, high in acidity with a bold, spicy character. Excellent for cooking and a great addition to cider, bringing structure and complexity.

Cidermaker Notes: While we love their tropical and tangy addition to cider, this variety grows apples so large that they often jam up the elevator the apples ride enroute to the press. We have to cut each one in half before pressing!
