Step into our organic orchard and discover where Cambium cider truly begins.
Our 30‑minute Tasting Tours are a relaxed, guided walk through the trees, where you’ll:
Learn about our orchard and how we grow apples organically in the Okanagan
Explore the different apple varieties we use and what they bring to each cider
Hear the story of Cambium, from the roots of the farm to the woodfired restaurant and cidery it is today
Along the way, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of two Cambium ciders, chosen to highlight the character of our fruit and our farmcrafted approach.
These tours are perfect if you’re curious about how cider is made, love to know the story behind what’s in your glass, or simply want to experience Cambium beyond the tasting room.

Come by on Thursday or Friday afternoons (between 12-4pm) for a table-side tasting experience and learn a bit more about our apples, ciders and the history of Cambium!
