Ambrosia

A modern BC-born variety known for its natural sweetness and low acidity. While primarily a fresh-eating apple, its gentle aromatics can add softness and fruitiness to cider blends. You can find it in some of our ciders, but you also can buy some Ambrosia apples at the ciderhouse during the harvest (Mid-September - October)
