One of England’s most famous single-varietal cider apples. High in tannins, acidity, and aroma, capable of producing a complex, well-balanced cider on its own.

Cidermaker Notes: Another of my favourite cider apples, this tannic apple creates a delicious traditional style dry cider that ages well. We have planted more of this variety and hope to someday have a single varietal Kingston Black cider as a regular part of our cider line up.
