Honeycrisp

Created in the 1990s in Minnesota and beloved for its explosive crispness. High juice content and balanced acidity make it a great base apple for modern, fruit-forward ciders.

Cidermaker Notes: While I would love to have more of these in our cider due to their crisp flavour and generous yield of juice, we sell nearly our entire crop to the fresh market at our farmgate so I don’t get many to use for cider!
