Golden Russet

A revered 19th-century American russet. Highly sugary, rich, and aromatic. Fantastic for cider, producing full-bodied, high-alcohol, deeply flavoured juices.

Cidermaker Notes: My absolute favourite apple we grow. With intense tropical, honey, mineral, and dried fruit aromatics and flavours, this apple creates a single-varietal cider that can stand up against any fine white wine. It only gets better as it ages as the intense flavours and acidity integrate with one another over time in the bottle.
