A traditional French bittersweet cider apple. This one offers fine tannins and a balanced bitterness, helping build structure and mouthfeel in classic-style ciders.

Cidermaker Notes: Here in the hot Okanagan we find the Dabinette express a softer tannin than in their native UK climate. We use them in our Traditional Cider.
