An American crabapple hybrid created by Albert Etter. Intensely sweet and tart, with concentrated flavor—perfect for vibrant, high-acid, high-aroma ciders.

Cidermaker Notes: A delicious intensely flavoured crabapple straight off the tree, we tend to ferment this apple solo and use it in intentional small-batch blends and experimental ciders where high acidity is desired.
